Default Translucent graphics with [REL]ROW Pacific Environments 3.3. Plz help.

Topic says it all... sometimes the men on the deck become translucent. This happens during sunrise/sunset particularly. And maybe during storms. Have a look at the attchad screenshot.

I use only this one mod along with a sound mod. Screenshot attached below.

I do not use Environmental 4.6 btw. Just tried it out once.
Any idea wats with the transparent men on the bridge? Any thing I can do to fix it?
Thx in advance.

This is a known problem that occurs (IIRC) when you have volumetric fog checked in the graphics options. Unfortunately there is no known "cure" for the behavior (other than unchecking the graphics option).

Yes, stock bug. I do not run with the fog checked.

Just curious: which files are under influence if that option is on?

I suppose scene.dat, but what else?

I wish I knew the answer to that question. I would think that any file that has anything to do with external rendering would be affected by it. There seems to be some sort of relationship between the amount of fog and the translucency/opacity of the crewmen. Where to look for that could be one of those "Twilight Zone" questions.
