Yea ive been there, I thought it made interesting reading. I also thought the site was good in that it showed that some thought had gone into it. Graphics were good too.

Has this site helped? Very much so. Only when I visited to get a detailed explaination of the wiggle-waggle manuver I couldnt find it. Though no worries, it's here at the subsim radio room forums.
