going by what i saw i figured it was extra armor to midships so for and aft target is the way to go but again if in port it may not sink deep enough to register sunk. so a kill is not registered by attack but by flooding from damage. this is a game error that needs fixing. i've only attacked subs docked in port so i cant say anything to compare with at sea |

This was "docked" but not at a port, just in open water deeper than the sub by 2-3X.
I spread the fish pretty evenly, the boat what shreaded visualy. No rudder, screws, etc. Damage holes more than 50% of the length of the hull (some hit but showed no template in between). Hard to believe anyone gets sunk at all in a sub. |
