For Firefox users:

I've found a plugin to download movies from sites like YouTube.
Get the plugin here.
When installed and activated (downloading), the plugin advices you to rename the file to ***.flv
(.flv is the format used in Flash-applications).
To convert from .flv to a usuable format, get this converter.
