Hi Niume i take if your using GWX good places to patrol Rockall Banks Area
Grids AM17 AM18 AM19 AM01 AM41 the rock banks Northwest of Ireland its where all SC SL HG HX Convoy pass when sailing from & to Liverpool from Gibraltar Halifax Sydney Canada and freetown checkout your SH3 Map in documents folder in your SH3 Install folder lots of info on Convoy and Convoy Routes websites i use for info when writing missions ect http://uboat.net/index.html click on greatest convoy battles makes for interesting reading shows you where ships were hit on on the map from Convoys like Convoy SC-7 16th October 1940 7 Uboats sunk 20 Merchants for 79,592grts for convoy lists i use convoy web link below great site constanly updated http://www.convoyweb.org.uk/ PS when out on Patrol dont rely on your sonar man to find convoys do manual sweeps yourself every hour of your game time clock your hearing is far better than bernards you can pick up Convoys 35kms away bernard will pick them up at 5-7kms away enjoy ![]()

Just outside the Straits of Gibraltar - at least early war. Weather is often calm and you can use the deck gun to save torps.
