I think that quote refers to the "ingame" tutorial. THEBURBSTERS Tutorial thread is a compilation of relevant information and "how to" regarding SH5. It sounds like you don't have TDW Generic Patcher enabled correctly, which fixes many problems associated with the stock game. You will find everything you need to know about how to enable this patcher in THEBURBSTERS tutorial thread..

So, if I understood correctly, can use this tutorial though I am using TWOS mod.
I now need to reinstall the game and start with the installation tutorial from the very beginning.
