Mod Request

Ahoy skippers and modders,

I've been searching a couple day's for a light mod for SH5 which just gives me the little officer toolbar as in GWX, its realy the only mod i need extra in combination with a couple of other mods.

All the Mods i've seen so far, having the same toolbar, changes my UI in a total way i do not like. (despite the fantastic work our modders do (TDW, Reaper7, Archlight, Beast etc etc )

The Main Reason for it is so that i can order my AA-gunners, dek gunners etc to fire at will, hold fire or let them aim at specific area's (like deck guns, waterline etc etc)

Therefor this little request, i hope its not too much to ask and that it does not involve too much work.

Would be totaly awsome to have this little toolbar seperatly

Sorry about that. Some of us, like myself, read every thread every day, but my computer won't even run SH5. Others can't help for other reasons. I wish someone could help. Take heart - it still could happen.

What UI have you been using.

TDW NewUi 7-4-2 and 7-5-0 allow you to operate your guns in the way you want.

basic UI tbh id on't like to change too much

the mods i'm currently using are:
crit mod
R.E.M (xrundel_beast)
Realistic ammo ammount for AA and Deckguns
More Crew command dialog
BRF 1.3

got TDW's big mod too but not using it, i like the simple SH 5 interface.

Unfortunately if you want auto gun commands then you have to move away from the stock UI

Check out my tutorial post #35 and post #38.

BRF is not compatible with most UI's if you decide to change at some point.

If you want to try the mod route at some point and do not feel comfortable doing it on your own just send me a PM and we will tackle it together.
