steering issues?

Anyone ever have issues with steering being non-responsive? Particularly when at periscope depth?

Your speed determines your steering responsiveness, so if you are going fast, your turn faster, but if you are going slow, I am pretty sure your turning radius is increased.

It doesn't matter how fast I'm going. It won't turn, but if I go up or down a meter it will engage. Weird.

Try to use TC 1 for rudder control, anything more than that and game wont respond...
