After waffling about manual navigation here, I was wondering if it was possible (or if it's been done already) to create a tool or function on the nav map that allows you to clone existing marks on the map.
So, for example if I drew a protractor angle or a ruler line on the map, would it be possible to copy and paste this drawn "object" elsewhere on the map? Effectively it would act as a virtual parallel rule... Many thanks for your time everyone

Hi KH,
I believe you can simulate the parallel rules by drawing a line with the existing ruler tool, then by tracing over the drawn line with the compass tool, then moving the compass' congruent line anywhere on the map. Hope that helps.

Thanks very much Don, this is essentially what I've been doing - using the ruler as a construction line effectively. I'm just very lazy, what can I say...
