Best burgers I've ever had are at a mom and pop cafe located on the airport in Lufkin, Texas... That little woman can cook a burger I'm just here to tell you!

Home made triple chocolate cake or banana pudding for dessert.

Damn good stuff

Five Guys - Pretty good. Not great, but pretty darn good.

Wendys - Not as good as they used to be, but still good.

McDonalds - blecch

Burger King - blecch

Jack in the Box - blecch

Whataburger - Worst. Paper thin tasteless patty, bun slapped on the griddle and squished flat as a pancake. I have no idea why it has the following it has down here.
In-N-Out is awesome but not the best.

Ever heard of Fat Burger?? Yumm

Carl's Junior's burgers are better than both of the others, but I really like their breakfast burritos, especially the steak burrito and loaded burrito.

For burgers I'll still stand by our local Crown Burger, which also has really good barbecue beef sandwiches, as well as some Greek food.

Steve's right... There are plenty of days I'm tied up at work so busy that by 4 pm it strikes me that I haven't had a bite all day, a couple bucks for a high calorie meal that i can be eating in just a few minutes is a helluva deal in that situation.

But fast food always fills my belly with food and my mind with regret almost simultaneously.

Hate fast food... But some days you don't have a lot of options.

Yeah local places usually have the chains beat by a mile. And I forgot one - Smashburger. That would probably go right over or under Five Guys. They make a pretty tasty burger, but they're a little pricey for my taste.

No Fat Burgers here in Houston. Unfortunately.

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most...except in situations like that.
