I designed my first Commando Insertion mission. Simple one-everything worked. But the commandos only stayed long enough to enter the raft-raft went oh about 10-20 ft from the sub and disappeared. I was successful-but still wished I could see them bobbing around more. Kinda like survivors in the lifeboats. Any DAT edit I can do with that?

Just have to learn to launch them in calm seas. They hang around then. Looks like the guys in my test mission were casualties.

You may take a look at data\ sea\CMD_small_boat.dat\sim\zon files. It looks like it is the one used by commando troops, its class name is 'SpecOpsSmallBoat'. I'm not saying you will find what you're looking for, or that I know how\what to adjust to make it stay longer, cause I didnt look at it too closely.
