All I can say is I am so happy that I do not play Skyrim. Steam really is better than a condom to me.

I was a Steam holdout. In retrospect, most of my complaints were unwarrented. I play it in offline mode unless there is an update and have never had a problem with it; been using it for years. It has made purchasing games easier, as well as installing updates. Installing mods is just as easy as it was before using it. Going the Steam route with games was the best decision that I've ever made.

You have no idea how good Skyrim is compared to Oblivion, and don't worry you wont turn gay.

I'm surprised the feminists haven't come out yet and complained about Skyrim and what it may do to our younger gamers brainwashing them into expecting woman to do as they're are told otherwise the head comes off with a mighty Nord axe. Its the way of the Nord.

Good for you. I know I miss something big with Skyrim, when hearing about Steam earlier this year, I was very dissappointed. But I had two Steam experiences this year, and on two systems. And both were disastrous and remained unsolved, leaving the game unplayable. And so I do not bother for anything Steamy again.

I got an overdose of rumours and reported impressions to have at least a faint idea...

This from the guy who is always telling us how 'beautiful' and 'serene' Oblivion is.
