Nah there is a limit to how big an aperture you can build and then there is that pesky atmosphere messing up things.

If the stars twinkle, so will small features on the moon.

Atmosphere really messes up telescopes.

Seriously though; what's with all the conspiracy talk lately? Has there been an X-Files marathon on or something?

Did someone from the government tell you to ask that question?

Anyway, also came across this and thought others would get a kick out of it. Does a pretty good job of spoofing these idiots. If you haven't watched Bart Sibrel's film yet, you should watch 5 mins or so of the first part ( ) or you'll be a bit confused with how the spoof starts:
Sibrel's life has become a bit of a spoof, now that he's working as a cabbie.

Quote:
In July 2009, Sibrel, who also works as a Nashville cab driver, was charged with vandalism when he jumped up and down on the hood of a car owned by a woman with whom he was having a parking dispute. Court documents show he was arrested after the driver refused to pull out of a parking space he wanted. The arresting officer wrote, "A few moments later, the parking space in front of the victim opened up and [Sibrel] drove into it and parked." Sibrel "then walked up to the victim's car and jumped onto the hood, and then jumped up and down several times." The report says he caused about $1,400 in damages, after which Sibrel pleaded guilty to vandalism and was placed on probation.
Moonlighting as a cab driver. Maybe he thinks he's Mel Gibson in Conspiracy Theory?

There's a link on that page that goes to official website of the folks who operate the satellite. Check out the high res versions of the landings including this one of Apollo 17.

How can the moon landing be true when the moon doesn't exist?
The Russians and the Americans together installed a giant lightbulb in the orbit to illuminate the Earth at night.
All fotos of the "moon" pre 1960 are forged by the CIAKGB, also all drawings and paintings!
