This thread is just what I was looking for. I am patrolling outside of Tokyo Bay in dec. 42 and have been stuck in stormy weather for 4 days.

On another note, my crew donned their rain gear when the weather first changed, but when I reload the game, they just keep their stock summer uniforms. Is there a workaround for that?

I think if you reload, a lot of things are reset. The game probably needs a "trigger" for when the weather changes, while your playing. I had the same thing happen to me. I guess the workaround would be to keep the game running constantly, then pause when your not playing. However, alt/tab'ing causes it's own issues...
