YEEEY, we have storms!!!! With all that nice weather I almost began fearing there would be no nights or rain in SH5.

BTW, "If guaranteed submarine simulations are not famous for anything, it's probably tough for action or a fast-paced game." Google Translate SUCKS

and where is the 'rendering' of waves to further distances ? i still see a 'peacefull' sea 200-300m furhter from u-boat ! can you imagine (yes...imagine-all you can do- becuase ubi still hasn't show the stormy weather ) how this will 'look' at heavy seas ? .....let me guess.... a 'hell' storm around my sub....but a 'peacefull' (imagine now...birds singing) situation to whole left envinronment ....
(do you really liked the storms at sh4 ?)

The tester sounds like a newbie to sub-sims.

The look and feel in SH4 was so realistic that your forget that you´re in front of a screen?
Oh and all is so well arranged and easy accessible. And don´t forget the fancy graphics! Clickclick BOOM and two cruisers are history...

rough summary:
Very light and simple interface, outstanding graphics and hey... hardcore simmers have the chance to set the torpedos depth and such things!
The atmosphere in the boat is very good according to the tester. Walk around, see the crew, hear the bulkheads creaking...
Most of the switches are not functional... Move around as you want but don´t touch anything???

yeah, there is bad weather. but there are no real rough seas so far. in the german forum one fellow mentioned, the calculation of rough seas was to be so hard, they cancelled it. therefore there are now the sternwakes calculated in real time...this also was the reason for not adding really rough seas...

this is only, what i heard. but maybe it is this way...
