Malingering Bernard
The day of sailing on my 19th patrol and my medical officer informs me that Bernard (my navigator) is unfit for sea due to falling off a pushbike into one of the dry docks whilst drunk on shore leave. Unhappy with losing my navigator only an hour before we're due to sail I agree to Bernards sick leave.
At harbour stations we leave the jetty and through my binoculars i see:-  BERNARD FISHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!  THE MALINGERING, JELLYFISH SWAB!!
