message box and opacity

I tried a search but can't find what I'm looking for.
I have the instructions for moving the message box and permanently placing it where I want it and making it permanently transparent but these instructions apply to 1.4
When I opened the ...menu.ini file to make the changes it appeared to me that the 1.5 version of the file was different which made my original instructions suspect and I didn't want to screw anything up.
For 1.5 what are the lines I need to change to;
a. Move the message box to a position I choose,
b. Make the message box permanently transparent, and
c. Get rid of the opacity slider altogether.

I advise using jimimadrid's excellent JTxE - Textenabler to merge lines in ini-Files.

Cut and paste the data below into NOTEPAD and name the file xxxxx.ini
Then use JTxE to merge the changes into 1024_768.ini file (you can also use JTxE to remove your changes as well).

This really simplifies making edits into non-stock .ini flies (RFB,TMO...)

My edits center the message box at the bottom of the screen at 1280x1024 resolution.
The original values and editing instructions are commented out so you can see what values I changed.
