Hi Guys

Thanks for your messages, much appreciated.

I now have it running smoothly, and I needed to use the MultiSH3 save game splitter (as I have the game also on another drive), then loaded it via SH3 commander and it runs beautifully.
If anyone has any problems, and wants to know my settings etc, I am happy to reply.

Because it has life, action and good graphics. With a good video card it is very good.

Default WAC is great!

Thats true, but each torpedo does lots of damage eh?

Has anyone found a problem with the game crashing if you increase the number of crew when going back to port, and then starting a new mission?

Sounds intresting. I had some ctds with no obvious reason, after loading a new patrol. I hadn't report anything because I couldn't find any relation concerning the involved ships, harbors or dates. Maybe this could be a reason, I always do some crew changes.

Hm.. I can not confirm this bug... just made a patrol and after patrol some crew changes without problems or crashes.

For some reason WAC 3 allowed the selection of more crew members than the game actually permitted. This would certainly cause a CTD.

It is OK to change the personnel around - provided that the numbers are not increased beyond the numbers the game will allow for each sub type.

There is a fix for this:-

Default WAC 3.0 problems

I have been playing it again, and still find it very glitchy compared to GWX which plays smoothly and without any ctd at all.

WAC is superb and plays very smoothly when working, but when I return to port, and then start the next mission, it seems to ctd and it went tonight in the middle of the game at sea, for no obvious reason.

This is most annoying and I really dont know what is causing it.

This is a superb game and I was just getting into it again!

If anyone else reads this and has the same problem, I would like to know!

Sounds that you have some problems... I just made 2 patrols without any problem yesterday... also I had no feedback of repeating CTDs except one area near Calais, but this has been fixed in the bug fix.

Default WAC 3.0 problems

Yes I cant work our why, my machine is well up to spec for the game (2,4 Gig processor, nvidea 7900 GS graphics and 3 gig RAM) and as I say, it plays really smoothly most of the time.

I still think that any changes made to the sub or c rew in port make this problem happen when launching a new mission!

bonjour a tous.
hansolo78,when i start from Kiel ,i see the arado plane crash in the crane near the bunker,is't a bug or not?.
also i have with the VII c the fumo antenna is out of place on the conning tower and frozen gauges.
otherwise,i love your mod.

yes, that is known. the arado has this small accident.. but you will only see it if you stay in port the fumo problem you can solve if you installthe addon "No DF antenna_Twisty periscope" from our download servers at filefront. the gauges error still is not solveable but only appears when loading a savegame.

sorry,i notice an other probleme about the ship waves of the IId is not resolved in comparison with IIa and i have the bugfix by jsgme.
sometime,there are the freight container in the ship which open and close non stop.
