Copy the screenie URL on the hosting page
Then come here
left click on insert image box
prmompt secreen will appear
Erase http thing on prompt
Right click on prompt
Paste your URL
Click ok--your picture will appear on message board

icon, paste, then ok. Anyway don't give up, read a little more, come back for more help.

the prompt screen will appear off to the side.
right click on the prompt screen
a paste prompt will appear
