Enigma issue!

Hi,
I am doing a mission NW of England in January 1940. My 3rd set of orders came through as an enigma code as usual.

The problem is the code is dated 9th October 1939 even though it actually came through radio in Jan 1940. I opened the enigma machine and the first part of the code where you have to pick the month, that entire booklet is set to 1940, and the months are different and the code never works. So now I cannot find my final location for my final orders.

What do I do?
