Destroyer Command Pacific Mission 2 Crash

when I play Destroyer command Pacific Mission 2 named Oil, it was Crashed when I click Play Next bottom and can't Load, I Patched Version 1.01 Patch, so How to resolve this Problem, someone said PC02 Oil.SDF can resolve the problem. where can i find the Patch PC02 Oil.SDF, Thank you for Help.
