Default Wolves of steel doens't work properly

Hello all.

I've recently reinstalled silent hunter 5 and with it, the wolves of steel modpack.

I'm experiencing a whole lot of problems. For example, the stadimeter doens't work at all. When I tell my XO to find range using stadimeter and then click on the little button above the range dial to use the stadimeter, it doesn't do anything. Also there is no "send mast height to tdc" button in the recognition book. In the navigation map there are buttons in the top left which, if I remember correctly, allow you to change certain setting in the map, yet when I click the button, I get an empty list with a lot of bulletpoints which I can click on, but there's no text there.

Some of these are major, game-breaking issues and I'd love to hear how to solve them.

Do you run your game with administration rights?

You should at least check install instructions prior the mod installation...

What is your game/mod install location by the way?

I've reinstalled it and now I always launch with admin rights.

It works, thanks!

Default WoS crash

Hallo Captains,

I have a crash problem with the new WoS MegaMod.
I had an old version of it (1.06) and it was working fine. Now I have installed the new version following the given steps. (New clean installation of SH5, update to version 1.2.0, Mod Enabler and Generic patcher as in the videos). Everything works fine without problems. Then I start SH5, I see the loading image as usual but after few seconds windows 7 tell me that the program is having a problem and crash.
If you wish I can post the error report of it.
(I run the program as aministrator and the clean SH5 updated works fine before modding it)
Thank you for your time and help!
