Has anyone else had this? When in harbour, the lighthouse lights can be seen shining through everything. You can see a bright spot of light through the heads of the crew (not just through their ears either) and through buildings.
Is there a mod that corrects this, or, is there a way to tweak settings to eliminate this? ![]()

I eliminated this SH3 stock bug some years ago.
Do you know S3D? You have to edit the particle creation of the lighthouse flare in the harbors.dat file. If you are familiar with s3d I can tell you further steps. If not... just send me your harbor.dat file from your library folder! Regards Han |

@Fahnenbohn
The solutions is very simple once you know the problem ![]() To fix the Light House Flare just do the following: 1.Open the harbor_kit.dat with S3D 2.Have look for the node: Generic_Light_house 3.Open the Node: Light_House_Flare 4.Go to Particle Generator 5.Have a look for the Bitmap Particles (3 should be there) 6.Open each Bitmap Particle 7.Change the value "DepthTest" -> true Once you save the harbor_kit.dat the Light House Flare should be fixed and not shine anymore though things. Also land and hills, I think. Best Regards Han |

Cool, your solution is working. But the halo is now hidden in the tower, because the glasses are not transparent !
