A while ago I participated in several threads where the topic of drones or rather drone strikes were debated.
I strongly criticized the way the US government conducts these strikes, due to how irrelevant collateral damage is in these operations.
Now some guy leaked a ton of internal papers, another whistle blower.

I thought to share it here.

Decision to kill by so-called "baseball cards", with short and often wrong information. I take it government and citizens would care more, if they knew exactly what is happening in their name.

I can only assume what will happen in the next years, when every bloody nation will have drones, trying to get rid of dissidents and "enemies of the(ir) state"

Interpretation of those documents by journalist that took retarded pills are just hilarious. It's amazing what information was plainly sucked out of his thumb and people all over will actually believe it.

Can you point out what has been interpreted the wrong way, and do you know that solely journalists interpreted the data?
Otherwise, you know... silence is golden and all that.

Saying "it's all lies!" but not providing anything might work on reddit or something. Here, not so much.
I am very interested in this topic, it fascinates me from various points of view and for different reasons, so I'm always happy to learn more about it.

Edit: You say it is funny that people "just believe it", I say it is funny (actualy sad) that people still believe in "surgical strikes", who could work if the government/those responsible would have a doctrine that respects the lives of innocents more... or at all.

• Total strikes: 421
• Total killed: 2,476 - 3,989
• Civilians killed: 423 - 965
• Children killed: 172 - 207
• Injured: 1,158 - 1,738
• Strikes under the Bush Administration: 51
• Strikes under the Obama Administration: 370
• 84 of the 2,379 dead have been identified as members of al Qaeda[41]

That finally sheds light on all of these lies about the drone program.
Now we finally know that all the claims of hundreds, even thousands of civilian deaths are just bogus, coming from some group with some hidden agenda.

Phew, I'm glad we can all sleep peacefully now that we know all is dandy...
