[REL]Sinking ships on hydrophone fix

I did this little workaround trick some time ago. You can listen creepy sound on hydrophone while ship is sinking and your sub is underwater.

Please test it and report if fix is working as it should.

I only modified particles.dsd file, so the majority of mods should be compatible.

I also provide modified sinking hydro sound.You can remove it if you don't like it.Mod works fine with stock one.

yep, I have been quite busy lately, and living in East Africa, I had no access to a fast and reliable internet connection during the last 10 months... af it wasn't enough, my modding computer has crashed a while ago, and the laptop I use for work is a worse crap than it was my previous system.
Notwithstanding from time to time I like to check subsim for news about the game and the Family in general.
