Aarrr, ahoy mateys
I'm a long time sub sim player all the way back to DOS 688 Attack Sub and a monochrome polygon-fest on the XT whose name escapes me. To this day I have a vivid image of utterly terrifying rapidly growing green triangles as the DD rams.
I've clocked around a million tons in SH5 stock over the years and coming back to it after a few years I cringed at (A) how easy it is and (B) how ridiculous the damage mechanics are. I'm on the Steam version because I have no idea where I'd store 282 game boxen so I'm very excited about possible new developments in patching that version. I currently have Sober's in hand and about to start mucking around. Wish me luck avoiding the CTD fish, otherwise ...---... |
