![]() As a basic low-life in the military I used to see the results of bids/contracts/consortia, I used to see the costs double or more on a regular basis as the quality or functions reduced. ![]() Think of a number, a very large number. Now double it and submit your bid. You've won? Nice, now double THAT number. What's that? Hard times? Ask the government for some tax inducement. Easy - I could write contracts.
