Hi, this days using s3ditor and paint.net, i made for myself new ships_sil.tga.
My installation is NYGM3_6C + IABLShipsforNYGM_New2 + TMT mod (NYGM version). This ship silhouettes are from this installation, and contain all merchant ships, but not military, and they are black. Look like this: ![]() ![]() ![]() I will give this to people, if someone need them. But, have a question: i need to know to whom is this file: Base_sil_tga_files.rar This are blank sil background files. ![]() Simply, don't remember from where i take this file. Probably from Plissken server but whose folder, would be too exhausting to search them all. And, are i need permission for them?

I've been looking for an easy way to add the merchant ships of NYGM+IABL+TMT as pulldown charts. These silhouettes look like something I could work on

Tycho was kind enough to send the pics to me: you can download them from here:
http://www.2shared.com/fadmin/537893...ouetes.7z.html I have modded most of the pics into my Charts Addon as a Beta version. If you want the tga's you can dl the beta version from here: http://www.2shared.com/fadmin/538164...ta_141.7z.html Unfortunately we don't know who made the .sils originally so we can't give proper credit to him/her. |

The trouble is there's that many ships to scroll through in the rec manual now, it's a pain. The rec manual needs replacing by a better system.
I've been pondering how to do it. Been looking into how the torpedo selection works and there might be a way to use those commands in making a new rec manual. Searching would be easier if we could split up the ships into classes, like Tanker, 2 Funnel etc. Then put 6 sils per page. Would mean having new sils for each ship and I don't know what this will entail in memory usage. |

![]() It would take a lot menu_1072_768.ini editing and some thinking on how to make a version that would work with the most popular GUI's and add-on ship packs like MFM and WB's ship pack. |

I tried, but S3ditor displayed the ships without gun turrets.
