[WIP] Better Sea Foam Dynamic Env compatible

Im still working on the deck spray, but im getting real close now, the deck spray is included in the BSF file

Note: if you use Dynamic Env and BSF_Full at the same time then some Dynamic Env files will not work properly[/LEFT]

im currently looking to the U-boat foam files to make it less white and im also tweaking the top foam of the waves a bit, to see what nice effect it gives

i tweaked some wave files a bit and added a DL link for the file

After some testing this i found this mod to be compatible with all the current mega mods ( Sobers mega mod, Wolves of steel and sjizzle mod list). Just install Better Sea Foam last.

I will make a version which only has the basic features to not overwrite to much of the mega mods
