Default Subsimmers in the UK, I'm terribly sorry

This week the Finnish embassy in London received the following letter from a British man:

Quote:
Dear Sir/Madam/Ms,

According to reports in today's newspapers, the foul weather that we are experiencing in the UK is coming directly from Finland.

I respectfully request that you stop this unfriendly behaviour immediately. It is playing havoc with my plans for the garden, not to mention the heating bills.

I shall expect an improvement very soon, and will not accept any excuses! Thank you.
On behalf of Finnish subsimmers, my deepest apologies for the foul weather in the UK. I can't believe that our inexcusable thoughtlessness have wrecked our fellow subsimmers' possible plans for their gardens and raised their heating bills.

We shall retract our weapon of mass annoyance as soon as you stop bombarding us with your laughter track comedies and sitcoms.

This is a relief. I thought someone had died.

So, it's not North Korea we should worry about; it's Finland...

That was my first thought too....then I was like "Crap, not Dowly....not Dowly....not Dowly...."

Then I saw it was a weather thing and then my next thought was "Alright. Good then. Not a problem."

Not a problem unless you're downwind of Finland...

You don't want to get downwind of a Finn.
