Basically it is some sort of game based in space, details are kind of sketchy so far. Sounds like you will be able to build them (or outfit them or something) fight stuff in first person, mine, dunno what else. Quote:

The biggest feature is programming the onboard computer. So I doubt many people will appreciate it very much. Coding games are not (so) popular. Cool maybe, but complex. You won't have to program it from the ground up though, and most likely there will be community generated code to stuff into it. It just won't have the Minecraft-size community behind it. It's gonna be pretty hardcore. The hype I think is it carrying the Notch-Minecraft-seal. This one is going to be way different.
