what do you mean by saying "cannot use"?

What kind of problems are you experiencing?

Could you provide screenshots?

Have you followed the instructions of installations in the NewUI's Thread?

I also would strongly recommend reading through sober's mega-mod-list thread, as it has a lot of good information on how to install and configure various mods.

i've been many reinstalled NewUIs TDC mod but i can't use becuase of cross bar main menu suddenly, i used this mod for much time

ok. Have you edited/transferred your settings from a previous version? If yes - how?
