Recently TMO has been scaring me witless in the deep by putting an entire crew of the same ginger haired sailor in every post on the boat, i'm sure that before each of them had their own identity....shudder!
Mods: TMO 2, EAX sound sim, poul sound for SH4, 3D TDC and radar range unit, tillabous coral sea skin pack, capt midnights CBS news. |

I've had some success simply moving crewmen around. For some reason the game seems to be attached to that model, and uses it for a LARGE number of crew. There are other models, and they get used, but nowhere near as often as that one.
Save and reload doesn't help, and as far as I can tell, it happens with TMO, not from some combination of mods.

I've encountered this problem also. I tried messing with the crew figures in the config files but no joy. I've just learned to live with the ginger clones, LOL.

Well i ran the mod soup fix and it seems to have worked i only count three ginger headed sailors at the moment but in the back of my mind i know a ginger coup is on the cards again!
In the meantime here is my boats new anthem, we all bellow it as we steam across the Coral Sea! |

I'll have to give it a try, but right now I only count two of them in the boat, and I can't see any of them outside in the rain.

It isn't a TMO issue. I'm running GFO + Real Environments + RSRDC + a bunch of other random mods... no TMO, but that guy's face is on about 3/4 of my crew.

It's the stock crewmembers.cfg file. All non-officers do have the Head No.2 assigned. If you edit the file you will have to start a new career bacause the savegame still remembers and uses the old No.2 Head
