Default [REQ]CO2 problem and crew reaction fix

Twice I have had it happen that the crew does not come on the bridge at all when I surfaced. Morale was apparently fine, and I was using the mod to correct morale issues.

On the second event I noticed my CO2 was around 50%, even after being surfaced for at least a half hour. No crew.

I'm thinking that perhaps the crew won't function if the CO2 is high, and the game doesn't reset/restore it properly.

I don't know how to work on this, but thought someone might.

The warning sign flashes at 10% . The CO2 gauge in the command room is red at 10% . It doesn't matter what anyone says . The game wants you to surface at 10% . Played for 6 years with no problems surfacing at 10% . You can increase time submerged by using the abilities (depending on mods) . If using the exe patcher there is a patch that makes CO2 increase when crew at battle stations .

Hm, not in my case though...I can not reproduce any of mentioned crew/co2 issues with my modlist/twos and I can stay submerged for 30 to 40 h, depending on crew states used. Once surfaced, the sub is vented and crew is back on the bridge...
But, once again, I always use GUI commands (not key commands) for submerging/surfacing and rarely alttab the game.

@sober
10% in game is more like 1% in real world...

The only time I have had the CO2/watch crew problem is when I have Alt/Tab out of the game and come back in. If I save, exit, and then reload, everything is back working as normal. I am using TWoS mod.

That could explain few things then...
I'm aware for some time that sh games don't like alt-tabbing.
