Boat and Crew in Distress!

I have read a hand full of threads where a player's boat was so badly damaged that his surface speed was limited to just one or two knots, or that his diesels were destroyed and the batteries dead etc.

SHV should include a distress message option in which BDU would dispatch another u-boat to you (this would take a few days in game) and they would repair your diesels or give you enough fuel to reach port etc.

no more of this stranded in the middle of the ocean with no options other than suicide.

or have the allies try to capture your boat if they intercept your call...

could have a X% chance that destroyers show up, or Y% chance of planes showing up or Z% chance of friendly u-boat or surface ship showing up that you could then select the "dock with" option sort of like a mobile port.
