When I noticed the title, I thought this was for those who survived the real war.

I survived the war, althought not without save/load madness in certain places

Yeah, maybe I should have clarified that, but I think most people know what I mean.

Never. I keep starting over when I find new mods I like, which is every other week. The furthest I've made before doing that was June 1940.

I guess in game terms that makes me a coward and a deserter.

Twice in stock game, once with GWX2.1 (out of five/six total), Currently on third career with GWX3.0, The previous 2 all ended in 1942.

Right now, I am on my 39th patrol during early 1944. After a harrowing experience with the dreaded Hedgehog (returned with 70% HI), I have decided it's time to avoid all further entanglement with protected convoys. I will spend my considerable renown to purchase TYPE I LAT torpedoes (with two V's for protection) so I can attack convoys from 8,000-10,000 meter away.

I finished a career once, but it wasn't DiD and I was sunk a few times. Now I'm playing DiD, currently on my 19th patrol in Oct 42.

I did it once playing DiD. I think it was GWX 2. It was a long time ago. Never since

Well i have never get past the dreadful '42 but on the other hand i played quite a few carrers though i spend quite a time on every single one of them and actually i almosnt havent played the stock and jumped right at gwx 1.3 (ii think) with 100% DiD .Currently im in base before patrol and it should be dec '40 or jan '41 by the time i start the patrol with my VIIC (or B i forgot ) but i hope i can take type IX, i really like those. The reason i am behind with the renown is the rather mystereous sinking of german vessel near my last reported postition
