Actually, what your "resource" shows is the best possible "spin" being applied in favor of your chosen candidate; aka John McCain. That is true, and you know that. Actually, Steve is correct. This means absolutely nothing prior to election day. Any estimate, regardless of what or whom it shows in the lead, is little more than propaganda distributed by the pundits of a political movement or party. When it comes to politics, objectivity is nonexistant.

Oh - nothing is over till the fat lady sings, but in this case, it is rare for a Republican to be this far ahead so early. That just doesn't happen. Never has in 20 years. Not for Bush, or Bush Sr.

Regan, I don't remember completely. I remember he was popular from the get go though.
