The electoral college doesn't even convene until the voting's done. Or didn't you know that?

Regardless how the above pic makes you feel, this is what states are going where and what that vote count means for each candidate.

And you know that.

No, I don't know that. It seems you do, or think you do. How is this tabulated? Polling? Guesswork? A secret election they didn't tell us about?

I'd love to actually "know" half the things you claim to.

Care to provide a link to your source, or would that cost you credibility?

Here you go is one that I am not afraid to link to.

Obama 243 - McCain 189 with several states leaning heavily Obama that have not been credited to him as yet but remain instead listed as "toss up" states. You do the math and get back to me, OK?

Actually, what your "resource" shows is the best possible "spin" being applied in favor of your chosen candidate; aka John McCain. That is true, and you know that. Please do not add your own spin on top of that which you have already posted in an effort to provide credibility that simply does not exist.

I apologize. I always include links except when I'm going 100 MPH - processing video in between my posts here.

By the way, I think your link is a little out of date. Mine is current.

Actually, Steve is correct. This means absolutely nothing prior to election day. Any estimate, regardless of what or whom it shows in the lead, is little more than propaganda distributed by the pundits of a political movement or party. When it comes to politics, objectivity is nonexistant.

Oh - nothing is over till the fat lady sings, but in this case, it is rare for a Republican to be this far ahead so early. That just doesn't happen. Never has in 20 years. Not for Bush, or Bush Sr.

Regan, I don't remember completely. I remember he was popular from the get go though.
