Hey I know this is probably posted somewhere but I lack time. Interested to know if somone could point out a link or someithng that tells me the programs needed to create new subs. Im talking moding everything, torp storage, adding weapons on it possible a gun turret if possible? etc. Want to make a super sub

.and how to convert the files or what ever is needed. Thank you everyone.

doesn't mix well with modding. I'm sure several modders can testify that it takes time and patience, and that finding out about the needed tools by reading the appropriate thread, which is stickied in this forum, is only the tip of the iceberg.

And I agree with Fincuan - If you don't have the time to look at the stickied threads, you're probably not gonna have the time to make a mod.

Thank you. I just didnt have much time yesterday. I am attempting to edit a sub to start out and will work from there. Going to make my first attempt in Photoshot cs3 extended. Thank you again.
