I think the Italian DWX is available for download in the download section. Question is how to register I can't seem to be able to register. Somebody who understands Italian pls help LOL.

Look for new mod for DW something like that in Italian.
In the download section.

You must register in order to download the mod however you must carefully pick that you're born before 1995 so that you are declaring yourself as an adult.

Iscriviti is for registering, choose Prima del 03 mar 1995 (adult)

I made the silly mistake of declaring myself a minor and now I have to send them facsimile or regular mail containing my parent's consent. I tried to send them email telling that I made the mistake of declaring myself a minor because I didn't quite understand Italian. So far there has been no reply sent back to me.

I wouldn't do that if I were you.
There is no secret, they just want the mod (that they developed) be hosted on their forum. If the mod is being hosted on the web against their wishes they may even take it back and not make available any more updates. The mod is not ready for prime time, its an alfa almost beta status and it definitely is not compatible with lwami. But they have nice 3d models (I wish those were included in lwami mod though :p ).

Tell you what----There are at least 3 different versions of "DWX" in the world except USA, as far as I know. The Russian version is the best one among those, as far as I play.

but I can tell what they are:

3 virsons:
Russian(very sophisticated doctrines;Russian playable platforms)
Italian(many playable platforms)
China(playable Chinese platforms;Chinese interface;modified mathematic model)
