Default Hi res Skins

Hi all, I have a little problem with the skins in hi res. Few days ago, I download a pair of new skins for my IXB, in the game i have activated de option of hi res textures, but in game, the skin appear like this.






Whats the problem? I have a res. of 1024x768 and the OS is XP with SP2. I hope you can help me. The skin is installed with JSGME.

It looks like you need a few depth charges to knock a bit of rust off :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I think there's a texture quality slider in the "video options" from the main menu in game - I know it sounds really obvious but have you checked it's all the way up, just in case?

Can't offer any more suggestions, sorry.

What size is the hull.tga in the sub folder you applied?

Yes, the texture high quality is active.

If you say the size of the file with the name "NSSUboat9b.tga" is 12MB. The picture of this folder is very similar to the for example the "NSS_Uboat7c_hull.tga" then, I supose the "NSSUboat9b" is the "hull" folder of the IXB.

For me this problem is connected to the graphic-card (own software) settings.
Play with AA levels and texture-quality, to find out which settings get you high-qualitiy.
Btw. I am using a ATI-card.
