Default What would his response be??

Let us imagine this

A WWII german submarine commander is somehow being picked up from his sub during WWII, let say Aug 42 and thereafter placed on a modern german sub. what would his response be, when he see all these new stuff.

Just a weird thought

Imagine if the Germans would have had the XXI a few years earlier. Only a few Kaleuns had a go at them.

I think it wouldnt have made any difference to the outcome of the war. Simply not enough boats to sink more ships that were built.

'cause the ESTABLISHMENT WON'T MAKE ANY MONEY and we already have the technology to run our vehicles on a fuel made from our natural environment.

Besides, what would we do with all the oil refineries??? We can't break our agreement with the middle east to buy their crude oil.

Just my thoughts,
Rob

This is a perfect case where in trying for perfection they failed to produce something that was very good.

Even if Germany could have fielded operational XXIs a year or two earlier. It is doubtful they wiuld have had the numbers needed for a decisive victory in the Atlantic.

Your probably right Dowly, the allies were pumping out their shiiping at a much faster rate at that time. Took them awhile to get up to speed, but eventually they did and more.

You're correct! Dönitz had the right idea but Hitler was too damned stupid to realise it as he takes too damned many pills and his brain is scrambles. YES SIR! IT SURE WOULD HAVE BEEN A DIFFERENT ENDING!
