Could be used for any country...but this one is set for Russia
this is a SH3 convert to SH4 heres the download link: http://hosted.filefront.com/jmjohnson36/ I didnt make this mod...Its Anvarts mod...just converted it from Sh3</B> Its another great ships Anvart made.

Can I see those ships in career mode without editing names.cfg? Could u rename your files to human readable descriptions?  It's only proposition
