[REQ] Everything has a price.. (Torpedo "costs")
I think it is a bit exaggerated that you have to spend renown on Mk 23 and Mk 18 torps. Mk 18s were pretty much standard equipment in 1944, while Mk 23 was just a dumbed down version of Mk 14.
Can the renown "prices" be lowered or eliminated? Or is the steep price for an electric just in January 1944? Do they come fore free later?? I never sofar made a career in 1944 so I don't know.
