In one of my earlier careers ran into a rather big convoy June 5, 1940 almost exactly in the center of AN16, course WNW (draw a line that goes WNW (292.5 I think) from the center of AN16, then extend it the opposite direction and that was pretty much their course. Speed 7kts, lightly guarded by 5 Flower Class Corvettes and Armed Trawlers, sunk 11 out of 18 merchant ships in the convoy plus all escorts, including two that went to the aid of the stricken convoy. Expended all torps and deck gun ammo. Later on in the night I caught sight of a Destroyer (forgot class), leading two Large Cargos, course NW from the center of AM16. Hope that's detailed enough, I don't have a screenshot of the map, just the log from the patrol.

Also, I don't know if you have something lined up, but I can provide hosting for this if you need it. My server package has:

this is the most south enterance at the east side of scapa flow. the lines are the ship wreckages that are supposed to be blocking the enterance.

part 2 of scapa flow intel collecting mission.

the markings are DD's who are stational until you sink a ship.
the circkle's (dont know how to spell this) are V&W's on patrol... they move around there so be carefull when passing there. the west enterance is to avoid. there is a sub net (struck it once a while ago).

next intel will be from the scapa flow harbour.

here is part 3.
now you can see how precise i was with the DD's.

now... in the harbour are 1 V&W (below on the left) and next to it is a troop transport. in the harbour itselve are a armed trawler (middle) a small merchant (right) a modern tanker (up) and a small tanker (left) above those 3 DD's are 2 fishing boats. and on the right next to the 2 DD's is a trawler (not a armed trawler)

and if you are lucky enuf you can spot a battleship here (mostly a revenge class)

Sorry to hear. Longevity and shallow water don't mix very well

U 303 reporting on tobruk 8-11-41

Intel for you harbor raiders out there, not my thing I must say, this info comes dearly bought , ah well in a little while Herr Rommel will be knocking on the door making their life miserable...

To clarify, the subnet is from the coast to the southern lighthouse on the pier

stationary traffic detected

1 Vosper MTB
1 V&W DD
1 Landing Ship tank
1 Troop Transport
1 Medium Cargo
2 Small Tankers
at least 1 small trawler
1 Tramp Steamer

also in that vicinity:

8-11-41 8.46u CO5994 2 merchants in small convoy speed medium heading east

1 of those turned out to be a liberty cargo, sunk that but man those things pack a lot of guns, puts an auxiliary cruiser to shame, the other 1 was a passenger cargo (of course) had to deckgun it into submission only 55km off Tobruk, thankfully the weather was overcast and light fog

Grid AN 14, Feb 13, 1940 at 04:44, Large Merchant (lone ship)
Grid AN 14, Feb 13, 1940 at 12:46, Large Cargo (lone ship)
Grid AN 13, Feb 14 1940, at 06:21, Convoy, sunk 4 Large Cargoes.
Grid AN 13, Feb 24 1940, at 13:47, Large Cargo (lone ship)
Grid AN 13, Feb 24 1940, at 23:46, Large Cargo (lone ship)
Grid AN 13, Feb 24 1940, at 23:51, Large Cargo (lone ship)
Grid AN 13, Feb 25 1940, at 04:35, Large Merchant (lone ship)
Grid AN 43, Feb 28 1940, at 05:55, large Merchant (lone ship)

There were some smaller ships there, but I figure they’re not worth the torps
