see my post above re girl on a horse. Here is a photo that would be excellent if it could be modified to replace the horsey with a torpedo. I do not know if you can convert a photo into a drawing?

@Digital_Trucker: I filed a report earler this day that is no longer needed. I decided to start a new career after the Drum got sinked by a swarm of DDs while attempting to cripple the Yamato.

I downloaded a program to convert tga files to dds files. I want to use Drqagon's a mod that shows Vargas drawings when the game starts. However, his mod selection is limited to around 10 Vargas drawings. I was hoping to to convert the Vargas tga files in Fred's Captain Desk mod to dds and transfer them to the Dragon's mod to increase its variety. However the conversion program I downloaded could not do it. Any suggestions?

I posted a drawing a couple posts up and asked if that might work, too. That Photobucket link isn't working for me. Did you set up your account as public or private? I can usually make a photo look drawing or cartoon like, it just depends on the photo and how well my brain is working that day

I don't know anything about a conversion program, but Paint.net is a free graphics editing program that handles both tga and dds formats.

And there's another patrol report sent in. I just want to make certain I'm reporting the medals correctly though...

It's the medals given to the captain, right? Or is it the medals given to the crew? Or is it both?

EDIT: Also note I've been using the Weathered skin, not the comboskin.

It's the captain's medals. On the skin, if there is more than one skin available for a boat, make sure and specify which skin you're using on your patrol report. If there is a version of a boat available and you want a different version of the same boat, please use the commissioning request so that we know we need to build a new version of the boat.

I'm going to apologize right now for the stack of requests...

Finished my 4th partol in the Geto, then got assigned a new boat.

The Gato's battleflag (at the end of patrol 4) should have a total of 8 maru and 2 small merchies. No other medals, raiding parties, or pilot rescues. And no warships encountered thusfar. Total tonnage is now 43,523.


Thanks for all the work done thusfar, and all the future work. This post made in an attempt to simplify (the answer to 'Wait a moment...how many are we up to now?').
