I would try to put the emblem on the conning tower so you would have one more sub in your fleet. Well, I would try in spite of the fact that I'm not a skinner...

We appreciate that. Will make sure and put it to good use! I'm not real good at adding the emblems to the side of the conning tower, either, but I'll see that she gets on there in good form (even if sqk7744 has to put her up there :rotfl: ).

i sent my first kill flag report a couple of days ago, either tuesday or monday, and i wanted to know when i should expect to have my first kill flag. no pressure or anything just wondering.

We don't have a skin for the Tuna yet and are having a bit of difficulty finding an appropriate patch for the flag. The only one I can find is a total immersion killer (has the dates of service, number of patrols and so forth on it and isn't much of a patch without that info). Hopefully we can find a good one for it soon.

ok thank you. just fyi, i did download the trition skin before i started my carrer and the tuna was what i got.

The boat you download from the site doesn't determine what boat you get in game, but somewhere on the site there is a post that lets you guarantee what boat you get when you start a career.

Well, first you use the search facility, then you post that you can't find it, then I use the search facility and tell you where it is :rotfl:

Just make sure you are assigned the correct type of boat for the name that you want or you'll end up with no conning tower flag.

Got your request this AM, DrBeast, and will get right on it.

To paraphrase a line from a movie that several of us are probably old enough to remember "I don't know nuthin' 'bout birthin' no commisionin' plaques", but I'll see if sqk7744 had it on his to do list (along with a long list of new boats) or I'll learn how to do it.

Thanks for the props. The trick is to magnify the work as far as you can (1600% for me) and then you can see the slightly transparent sections and correct them one pixel at a time. Don't feel bad about your attempt, until a friend of mine showed me what to look for and how to correct it, I'd have been pulling what little is left of my hair out trying to figure out the "bleeding edges" myself.

Well, I'm trying to put the Grayback's emblem on her conning tower but have had some problems.
1. I didn't know what to put on it exactly... I could not simply take the emblen on the battle flag...
2. So, I decide to put the SS number as we can see on the pictures in the early war (it isn't a sexy emblem, I would prefer a blonde siren, but it is all I can do...)
3. Somebody can help me please... I'm not a skinner! My problem is on the pictures...

Lopo, the only solution to putting numbers on the side of the boat's conning tower is not to look at the side that is reversed .
