Nvidia tweaks to SH3/SH4

will the nhancer work with an 8400 gs card? i know it's not the best card to use,but for the particular pc i play SH4 on,it's my only option.

i do have 2 gigs of RAM, which helps. currently, i play the game on medium settings,i get about 30 FPS (on a good day) using external cams.

wondering if it will allow me to run the game on high settings and still get around the same FPS basically. i tried downloading and using it once,couldn't really figure out how to use it.
