Any idea what causes this weather bug?

I have a gradient thing going on with the weather on the horizon. Any idea what causes this? It doesn't always occur, just sometimes.

Mods:

GWX 3
ARB widescreen gui
sh commander
16km atmosphere

Not sure but I'd bet the widescreen resolution is involved.

try removing 16 km atmosphere

Thanks for the suggestions I believe this problem was caused by me installing the game into program files which is known to cause problems with windows UAC. After a long time installing all my mods and some new ones I can now say it all works!
