User Charts disappeared

Hi

I just loaded TWOS to continue the campaign and to my surprise, when I press the E key in map mode, I cannot find the user charts anywhere (the one where there is the Nautical Lat/Long Chart) - only the ship recognition manual tab is visible.

Any ideas to get back the User Chart pls?

Delete all dragables.tdw files from your main game folder and restart the game.

Could you pls tell me why user chats had disappeared so I avoid doing anything wrong in the future?

Not really sure why but it happens sometimes...
