Auto Target Identify

I play Sh.5 with TWoS 2.0 and Update 2.08. I enabled TWoS UI-cmd-Auto Target ID. But the Ship Identify Botton of the WO. is still greyed out.
BTW. I understand the philosophy of TWoS to let the Kaleun identify the Target manuell. But in dark nights it would be helpful to have the Assistance of the WO.
Any help?

You have to mark your target with space bar first...

to lock the target with the space bar brought the solution. Before I locked the target with the "Lock target Botton" of the WO in the game.

With space bar you "mark" the target, not locking it...Periscope lock is "X" key...Check F1 for key commands list...

I try the tutorials and sometimes i have to open the ship identification order, but i don't see this button...

I've installed Steamversion of SH5 and the TWoS 2.2

Edit: under "Torpedo Attack" i have "Solution", "Fire Torpedo", "Tube Status" and "Take Picture"
